RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our limited-run production and the donations made to Fire Drill Friday and One Fair Wage, all sales are final. You may exchange items for a different size or style of the same purchase price from within the same collection while supplies last under the following conditions:
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags must be attached).
- Swimwear, underwear, beauty and home are always a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once a collection offering has ended, items cannot be exchanged and all sales are final.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective item, please send details and photos of the item to be reviewed by our internal operations team.
